How to sign out of a Google account on phone?
To sign out of your Google account on your phone, please follow these steps:
1. Open [Settings] on your phone;
2. Tap [Google];
3. Tap your Google Account;
4. Tap [Manage accounts on this device];
5. Tap [Google];
6. Tap [More] on the bottom;
7. Tap [Remove account].
Can I use YouTube, WhatsApp and Facebook on this phone?
All our phones support these apps, and Google play store is pre-installed on this phone, you can download other compatible app from Google store if you need.
Or you can ask by email, and we will give you the corresponding installation package or software.
Can I use my SIM card in this phone?
All our phones are unlocked, and they can be used in many different countries which have been proved. But even it is unlocked, you need to make sure to choose the right SIM card network, as different carrier provide different networks and frequencies.
Can I use 2 SIM cards and SD/TF card at the same time?
Our product supports flexible card configurations: you can use either 2 SIM cards at the same time, or 1 SIM card and 1 SD card.
This highlights the dual functionality of the card slot, allowing users to choose between dual SIM connectivity or expandable storage with a single SIM.
Currently, some of our products support the simultaneous use of 2 SIM cards and 1 SD card.
What should I do if it shows "no SIM card" after the SIM card is inserted?
- Please check if your SIM card frequency is matched with this item, you can call your carrier for help.
- please check if you insert the SIM card in a correct way.
- The SIM card cannot be recognized, please install the SIM card into another phone to verify whether it is normal.
- please check if your SIM card size is matched, for example, if it supports micro SIM card, but you insert a NANO SIM card, it will show no SIM card.
What should I do when I can’t turn on my phone once receive?
* Just need to charge it more than 4 hours, then it can be turn on, as it may be out of power for a long transition.
* If this phone still could't be turn on,please connect the USB port of the computer to charge the phone,then charge it for more then 4 hours ,conform it could be turn on or not.
Storage is 64G/128G/256G in description, why it is less when I check?
The storage stated in description refers to a whole storage without installing any app. But normally, we will pre-install some common apps, which will cover some storage. Besides, system will also cover a larger storage.
What should I do if the storage isn’t enough to download more apps?
In this case, you can uninstall some useless apps first, then insert the SD/TF card, then change the default write disk to the SD card (steps: storage - SD). Besides, you can move most apps to the SD card except system apps.
Step: Settings --- Apps ---- click the App --- Move to SD Card
How can I transfer data from my other phones to this one?
- Please try to use the method of transferring data to the computer and connecting it to the computer via USB, and then transferring it to your new phone from the computer.
- Please try to download relevant software for data transmission, such as the Shareit APP program.
How to reset this phone?

What to do if the GAMAKOO phone has high power consumption and short standby time?
If the GAMAKOO phone has high power consumption and short standby time, please refer to the following steps to troubleshoot:
1. Too many background apps can drain your battery quickly. You can close other unnecessary applications to reduce battery consumption.
2. If the screen brightness is too high, it will drain the battery quickly. You can try turning the brightness down.
3. If you find the battery drains quickly, you can turn on Battery saver, which will increase standby time.
4. Enabling [Bluetooth] may increase power consumption; it can be turned off if not needed.
5. Enabling [Always-on display] increases power consumption. If possible, please do not set it to always-on display or turn it off.
6. Please reset your phone to clear the temporary issue.
7. If the above checks have been completed and the phone is not operating in a high-power scenario but is still draining the battery quickly, please go to the after-sales service for further inspection.
How to close unnecessary programs in the background?
Press menu> setting> Applications> Running applications, you can see all the running applications, turn off those APP you needn’t.
Please don't use it when charging, which will reduce battery life.
Why are the photos taken with my phone so blurry?
- Check if your camera has a protective film. If so, please remove it.
- Check whether the camera lens is clean, you can wipe it gently with a clean soft cloth.
- Check whether the lens is worn.
- Check whether the focus is accurate; don't shake the phone against the object to be photographed.
- Adjust the camera resolution.
- Check whether the camera is set to an unsuitable photo mode, try to reset the camera: camera-settings (pinion gear)-reset.
- In a low-light environment, it is recommended to turn on the phone flash function or manually add auxiliary light equipment to take pictures.
Why can my phone only make calls but not receive incoming calls?
- Remove the SIM card and insert it again.
- It is recommended to change the network mode to 2G/3G.
- Change the location and let friends/family call you.
- Check whether the phone has set the blacklist (call rejection) function. If there are settings, please cancel the post test.
- Check whether the machine has set the call forwarding/call barring function.
- If the security software is installed on the phone, it is recommended to uninstall and delete it.
- If it is invalid, please back up the data (contacts, SMS, pictures, etc.) in the phone, and then restore the factory settings.
Why is the sound from my earpiece/speaker so soft/unclear?
- The most common cause of poor sound quality is water in the microphone or speaker.If the handset has been subject to immersion in water then the microphone and speaker may need to dry out to resume normal functionality.
- You, or the other person you are speaking with, may be in an area of poor signal. Try moving to a different area.
- You may have dirt / debris covering the microphone or speaker. If so, clean your device.
- Please try to record with your phone and play your recording. This way, you can confirm which speaker has the problem.
Can I return an unsuitable item and how to return an item?

We will happily accept returns within 30 days of receipt for a refund as long as they are in a saleable condition.
To return an item, send us a message explaining the issue and we will then reply with a returns authorization number and instructions of how to return your item.

To return an item, always send us a message and we will then reply with a RMA number and instructions of how to return your item. All return item will require a RMA number.
Any return item will need to be return within complete set (as receives) with original packaging upon received, otherwise you will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee. Please pack the product properly and make sure return all accessories in original box.
Our return helper centre will process your refund or replacement request after receive the return item.
How to obtain warranty service?
Please contact the seller of the item you bought.
our professional staff will help you do a quick testing (problem may solve without send it back) and provide you the return address to repair the item if necessary. We will arrange to repair when we received your item.
It is your responsibility to backup any data, software, or other materials you may have stored or preserved on the product. It is likely that such data, software, or other materials will be lost or reformatted during service, and we will not be responsible for any such damage or loss.
I have not received my refund on my credit card yet. What can I do?
You will receive your refund on the same card that you used to pay for your order, normally it will appear in your account immediately. However, if may take 7-15 business days to receive in your bank account if you pay by credit card.
Please check your bank account first, some refunds are booked on the date of the purchase. If still can't find your refund after carefully checking your bank statement, please contact your bank or seller for help.
Can I change my order details or delivery address after completion?
It’s not possible to change your delivery address or order details once you’ve completed your order due to the sheer speed at which we work. Please make sure that your delivery address is correct before completing your order with us! If do have mistake, please contact us to cancel the order immediately.
Why doesn't the tracking number work?
You'll receive shipment notification and tracking numbers as soon as orders leave our warehouse. The tracking number won’t work until it has been scanned by the post office. Please check again in 1-2 business days. If the problem persists, please contact us.
